My name is Alessandro Giordano and I am an attorney admitted to practice in the States of Florida and New York. I practice exclusively immigration law, meaning that every day, in my office, I only deal with visas, green cards, waivers, asylum cases, criminal immigration and so on. As an immigrant myself, I realized right away how difficult and frustrating it could be for an “alien” to live and work in the U.S. I also realized the impact that I could have on the lives of immigrants like me if I focused solely on immigration law. Therefore, after practicing business and real estate law for a little bit, I decided to begin my immigration journey. After finishing my law studies at the University of Roma Tre in Rome, Italy, I moved to Florida to obtain my J.D., and now I have full academic qualifications both in Italy and in the United States. I am currently based in Tampa, FL, where I work for a law firm which dedicates almost exclusively to the practice of U.S. immigration law. I am a people person and I love what I do. Every day I listen to a different story. Every day I help individuals and families of all backgrounds and nationalities. Every day I assist investors, entrepreneurs and companies of all types and from around the globe. U.S. immigration law is “Federal” and therefore, in most cases, I can represent clients in any State in the U.S. From a personal standpoint, I try to learn something new every day, I listen to a lot of music, I travel whenever I can, I read, I talk, and – especially – I listen. I am also passionate about sports and in my free time you can easily find me on a rugby field, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tatami or at the gym.
